Tenho um problema que começou a acontecer após a minha atualização para o v20, tenho os grupos de toques e ramais todos configurados, é programado que quando chega uma ligação é transferida para a recepcionista digital, onde são apresentadas as opções para a pessoa digitar no telefone. E eu tenho configurado se não digitar nada, o sistema transfere para um grupo de toque.
Acontece que quando é transferido (quando ninguém digita nada), é transferido, só que quando é atendido não escutamos quem está do outro lado da linha, fica mudo. Já a pessoa que está aguardando fica ouvindo música de espera. Alguém já passou por isso?
Só acontece com as chamadas externas, acabei de fazer um teste interno e funcionou perfeitamente, achei uma solução de forma paliativa, quando a ura transfere para algum ramal, temos que pausar a chamada e retomar, assim conseguimos atender normalmente.
