Problemas ao realizar ligações externas

Estamos com dificuldades em realizar ligações externas, acesso realizado e descobri alguns logs que menciono logo abaixo:

1 - Call or Registration to 35494806@(Ln.10001@AG561 - EMB) has failed. 192.168.8.25 replied: 503 Service Unavailable; from IP:192.168.8.25:5060

3 - 3CX logs and temporary files were deleted to conserve disk space.

essa mensagem de erro é enviada pelo provedor, portanto devem revisar o erro com o provedor usado.

Nessa instalação vá pelo ssh como usuário root e edite o arquivo /etc/resolv.conf lá deixe configurado apenas como nameserver 1.1.1.1 e nameserver 8.8.8.8 e salve as mudanças.

Feito isso reinicie a máquina e o próximo dia o sistema tentará renovar os certificados.

isso é normal, os sistema por padrão salva os logs por um dia, e apaga aqueles arquivos antigos.
